I was a reluctant curate's wife but I'm learning that being married to a curate isn't that bad - especially here on the edge of the moor.
Words may have failed you, but you certainly got your point across. Are you alright there, Harriet?
Thanks for asking - Just frustrated at not being able to have some say in my future! Minor problem!!! I should be used it by now.
Oh dear, I feel your frustration leaping out of the screen, Harriet. Hope things become clearer before long.
Welcome to my world Harriet. It sure isn't any fun. Take care and I hope things work out.
Mmmmm ... Is it the path you are taking that is frustrating, or the fact that you do not know what is around the corner? Somewhere, sometime, I read that we are on this earth for a reason ...[tongue firmly in cheek] could patience come into that equation? Lol ... sorry for stirring, but WOW that posting certainly made a Statement!May tomorrow be calmer:)
One of my prayers for years has been 'Lord, give me patience - but HURRY', and 'where can I get a crash course?' Just go out on the moor by yourself and scream as loud as you can! Or throw something expendable at a good solid brick wall (it used to work when I was living in Community!) All good wishes.
Thanks for your comments - I am in more control today. The silent scream was very therapeutic!
It is most certainly a most effective scream and foot-stomp. I could hear it all the way over here! ;)I'm glad you are feeling a little better. Please know that I am thinking positive thoughts for you --and I have my earplugs handy, just in case you need to do it again ;)
My husband would entirely agree with you about not having any say in his life direction!
